BUILD THAT PARK! News and updates!

Hello and thank you so much for signing the BUILD THAT PARK! petition. BUILD THAT PARK! is a campaign to design and develop a truly binational park at the westernmost end of the U.S.-Mexico border, and we are excited and appreciative for the overwhelming support so far.

We also appreciate the robust media coverage, including a fabulous news feature from KPBS, and this story in the LA Times.

Last but not least, we invite you to learn more about our vision, and learn how your share your vision for what the new "International Friendship Park" looks like, as architect James Brown, Friends of Friendship Park's Rev. John Fanestil, and Binational Friendship Garden founder/coordinator Dan Watman present the conceptual design and plans for its development over the course of the next year at San Diego Design Week this Saturday, 9/12 at 2pm. This is a virtual presentation, and attendance is FREE, but you must register to attend. Just click the red REGISTER button, and you're in!
