Trump is a bad president, and we would like a good president.
Solution
The 22nd amendment prevents any person from being ELECTED as PRESIDENT twice, but it is perfectly legal for Joe and Barry to class up the white house again as long as it is freaky friday style, in which Joe would be president and Barack would be vice president. The DNC needs to get on this and win 2020.
