Extend Bed Time to 10 o’clock

Hi. I am a 15 year old freshman (almost sophmore) in high school. However, there is one thing different with me than many others. I have to go to bed at 9 every night, while other teens my age don’t have too much of a set bedtime. In this description, I will describe why bed time should be pushed back to 10.
According to the National Sleep Foundation, our “biological clock” sets when day and nights are. This same thing makes it very normal to not be able to fall asleep before 11 P.M. Having the bed time at 10 o’clock, by this standard, is a healthy amount of sleep, even for a growing boy.
On top of this, many health sites say how bed times are pushed later and later as teens grow older. According to the Mayo Clinic, a teen who once began feeling sleepy around 8 or 9 may start feeling tired later, around 11 or 11:30. The Mayo Clinic calls the ideal time to put your teen to sleep is 10 P.M, which is the time I am bargaining for.
In conclusion, my bed time should be pushed back to 10 P.M. As a teen, my biological clock makes me feel more tired later rather than earlier, which is why I want it pushed back. I choose ten because that is giving me a generous amount of sleep, while still letting me have some extra time awake. My mom said getting 1,000 signs is all I need, so please share this around.
