Adequate Vitamin D is critical for good health including babies and obviously we are not a healthy nation. It is vital to educate the public that the US RDA is the minimum needed to stave off disease and avoid collapse of ones health but far from the required level to maintain optimum health.

Im supporting our breast feeding moms and our children so they can be healthy and free of disease! I believe they are doing this to keep us sick so we will rely on dangerous meds. This has to stop now so our babies and moms can get adequate Vit D. Start thinking about the health of our helpless children. Thank you!
