Erect low-cost Ikea-type Pop Up Communal Buildings for Night Shelter for UK's Homeless

We would like the following idea to be presented to parliament.  The UK's Homeless problem is at an all time high.  The government could erect large communal cheap buildings - such as Ikea-type low cost pop-up... roof, walls, heat...in each city/town ...just to be used from Oct- April, could be staffed by charities - there are so many willing people out there who want to help - simple, wouldn't cost much.

No citizen should be sleeping outside in this sort of weather in a so called civilised country. Can a Politian please stand up and say they will promote/develop this simple scheme?

Something needs to be done quickly, the homeless cannot be swept under the carpet by councils persistently removing their tents/bags/bodies - trying to hide the problem, not dealing with it. There are far too many to hide and the numbers are increasing. Clean up the streets with cheap buildings - this is achievable - talking about just large sized floor space with roof and walls, just for cover from weather at night, nothing more. A basic human right. If you agree then please sign and share.  Thank you.
