The reason for this petition is for a NO CHASE LAW IN WV I'm asking for this law to be passed because my girlfriend's son Billy Means 23 yrs of Charleston WV was recently chased by South Charleston Police Department over not having registration on a street bike into Lincoln County where it ended with him wrecking and the police beating him (video footage will be uploaded ) the out come of it all is now her son is in a wheel chair as a paraplegic for the rest of his life  an no justice for the law..June 19 2021 another high pursuit chase with the Ravenswood Police Department into Kanawha County and ended with the car wrecking an a 2yr old child was in the back seat...Again on June 21 South Charleston Police Department chased a car an it once again ended with the car wrecking an another child was in the back seat..all over  no registration .These cops are not only putting themselves an the ones they are chasing in danger but innocent children an others life's in danger over a traffic violation an there's no justice for the police if innocent person would get hurt the person who is being chased will be held accountable when the police should be trailed in court as well..If the law was passed then it would save a lot of life's and if not then one day one of those chases could end with a innocent child getting seriously injured or death over something minior  when it could been prevented by a few signetures an the Law Passed..So LETS A  DIFFERENCE  AN HOPEFULLY SAVE LIVES  PLEASE SIGN A SHARE THIS PETITION .THANK
