Recently west virginia cps BARGED they're way into my life due to a situation that someone else had caused and took my 4 year old son away from me even though I had nothing to do with the situation or knew anything about it I even had proof but it does not matter they won't listen. They drug me through court and even filed felony charges against me saying I concealed my child from them and pinned felony child concealment against me. My son was actually with my dad during this whole thing on vacation witch cps the judge everybody in court all knew this. I had actually gave my dad verbal gaurdian ship of my son before I even knew I had a court date. I had proof and all still they didn't listen. That is the type of things they do to make you look bad and take your kids using an emergency removal. We need to stand up and finally put a stop to all the disgusting misuse of cps law in West Virginia and get justice for those family's who are struggling every single day with the pain of missing and not seeing there children. Don't you think it's about time something gets done? I know I do
