An investigation needs to be made into the WV DHHR and CPS in WV... They are destroying our WV Families and taking our rights as Parents away... We have absolutely no rights as Parents and our kids are being corrupted by our school systems and there's nothing we can do about it... No one in WV as far as schools, and government officials as well as the WV DHHR listen to us as Parents anymore... Our Families in WV have no rights in anything we do... After the 2016 Flood that hit WV our State should've been renamed HELL ... Because ever since the 2016 Flood We have lived in He'll on Earth... Someone needs to do something ... If you are a low income family in WV just trying to get by from day to day or month to month in this state you are screwed... Born and raised in WV ... Ready to pack up and move out of this state that I now call Hell... We have survived for centuries without CPS we did just fine without them ,they are the not doing their jobs they let seriously abused kids stay where they are ... They take kids who have everything they need and want from caring ,loving, parents ... Just because they can as per their job description... CPS worker's in WV make assumptions about parents before they talk to them, talk to parents for all of 20 minutes tops make a bunch of promises to keep your kids in your home so they don't upset the family and then they use the court system against you before they leave without open investigations, come back a week and a half later beating your door down and take your kids... They have no grounds to take the kids period... They are breaking our 4th Amendment... if they can't do their jobs properly the shouldn't have one in the first place... Either an investigation needs to be made or better yet do away with CPS PERIOD!!!
