Just like Gabriel's parent's are responsible for killing him someone needs to be responsible for not protecting him. These caseworkers ignored and lied about this case, meaning they were co-conspirators. All 4 of these caseworkers should be charged and convicted of 2nd degree murder. The charges against these caseworkers were dismissed and can be picked up. We need to make a diligent effort to get these people prosecuted. No, they didn't commit the crime, they just stood by while it happened.
