Sexism.

Male and Female uniform is a concrete example of socially imposed sexism.

Climate change.

During a red weather warning with 'risk to life' due to global warming, all students remained in winter uniform and were punished for wearing      season-appropriate attire.

Danger.

Seeing as water is restricted outside of break and lunch, dehydration and heat stroke are serious risks, as mentioned by the bbc there is a risk to life.

We require change

Change is necessary and a great first step would be season-appropriate uniform to protect the health of pupils and members of staff alike.

To aid the climate battle, perhaps future changes such reusable equipment for the canteen and to protect student health changes such as allowing all students and staff to acquire water outside of break and lunch.
