We the undersigned stand firm in support of guaranteeing that fair hybrid telework must be included for all social workers as part of our Collective Bargaining Agreement. We have been promised that telework is here to stay at Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles and we want a commitment from management. We have shown through the pandemic we are able and capable of covering our offices, being in the field, and working from home while carrying out our mission to serve our clients.

Collective Bargaining Agreement:

Jewish Family Service of Los Angeles shall provide, when appropriate, its employees with a telework hybrid option being able to work from home and a JFS office, as determined by the sole discretion of the Employer.
