Jersey City Priority Application Consideration for BIPOC cannabis small business owners.

Jersey City Priority Application Consideration for BIPOC cannabis small business owners.
We are collecting signatures to petition for City of Jersey City to approve & support the Priority Application Consideration for SMALL BIPOC BUSINESS OWNERS.
The City of Jersey City has announced it would prioritize non inclusive, non diverse, corporate dispensary for priority application consideration. This is a direct contravention of the CRREAM ACT and the Regulations set forth by the NJ Cannabis Commission to prioritize diverse small businesses first.
This is bigotry pure and simple.
We invested our savings. My parents, 9/11 survivors have invested. Other businesses black woman & brown men all have invested in joining the cannabis market.
Yet, small business owners on one side of New Jersey are getting thrown into prison.
Meanwhile, on this side of Jersey City the city decides to prioritize corporate owned business that have allegedly embezzled money to Israel to and is being sued by a former whistle blower.
We believe this is not in accordance to the law. It is illegal and discriminatory.
Please sign and share if you support diversity and small business owners.
