REDUCE MY UNJUST SENTENCE

I'm serving a non-violent sentence of 50 years-to-life for telephone threats, vandalism and criminal harassment due to the Three Strikes Law. My sentence was increased because I had non-violent juvenile priors as a minor where I was diagnosed with a mental illness, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. I'm being punished as an adult for my failings as a minor.
The victims in my case oppose my sentence, do not fear my release and support my efforts to reduce my sentence. They are "shocked" and "grief ridden" over this sentence.
I have completed numerous self-help groups, taught myself law and rehabilitated myself. I am a positive role-model and have spent time as an inmate advisory counsel member, which led to facilitating fundraiser events to support the Special Olympics (Law Enforcement Torch Run), AA/NA, Alternative to Violence Group, Veterans Support Group, and local communities.
The Department of Corrections documented that I am low risk, I have no history of violent offenses or sex crimes, and noted my security level is low. Also at low risk is my anger, employment and educational problems and custody designation. Most crucial, my family support is extremely high.
I have no pattern of violence while in custody and there is no threat to "public safety" if I were released. I ask that Governor Brown commute my sentence to the 10 year maximum, as if the Three Strikes Law didn't apply. This is unjust and I'm deserving of another chance. Please exercise your Executive Power to help me, Governor Brown.
Thank you for your time and consideration,
