As you know, Lemmy Kilmister had been a resident of the Hollywood area for many years, and was even his final resting place. Lemmy has set the stage for rock and roll and heavy metal for the last 40 years. His music will forever be a huge inspiration to musicians to come. At 70 years old he lost his battle to terminal cancer, 4 days after his 70th birthday. He had found out that he had terminal cancer on the 26th of December, 2015 and passed away 2 days later. Giving the fans a day to celebrate his life will be a great movement and a great time to reflect his wonderful and giving life.
