The state of California has a legislation that in combination with the current state law regulating medical cannabis, will cut off supplies to seriously ill ,elderly and veterans living on a fixed income.
The first blow to safe access for the disabled came thru a focused on profit, pushed by expense lobbyist, current state law.
This law ends collective gardens, who are often the only affordable to free source of garden direct free medical cannabis. There is no reason to end small to medium sized gardens other than competitive advantage.
Adding injury to insult, lobbyist at the state level have approved and trying to rush through a trailing Bill which, shuts down "free samples aka compassion programs at retail stores, actually imposing penalties for caring.
