Deny commutation of sentence for a remorseless murderer.

My sister Alejandra Hernandez, a beloved pre-school teacher, was senselessly murdered by her ex while on her lunch break in Irvine, CA. on June 16, 2011 at the young age of 28.
Alejandra was an incredibly peaceful soul. As a practicing Buddhist she truly believed she could change the world through educating the young minds and hearts of children she felt so fortunate to teach. Alejandra submitted Peace Proposals, yearly, to the United Nations on behalf of her young citizens. She cared about our Earth and lived the life of a true "tree hugger". Alejandra was a beloved daughter, admired sister, adored aunt and loyal friend. To have had her life taken so violently was a true crime against humanity.
Now to have this remorseless murderer, John R. Agosta, try and have his sentence reduced is appalling. He has never made any attempt to show that he understands the severity of his crime. All he has continued to do is try to gain sympathy for himself with his failed suicide attempts. He has never even shown remorse for the pain he has caused his own children, knowing that Alejandra was a fundamental part in raising them. This person has not shown that he in anyway is deserving of a reduction of his sentence. He committed a cold blooded, calculated murder, while lying in wait. (Why that charge was dropped not even the detective understands) He committed this crime across the street from an elementary school, showing that he had absolutely no concern for any innocent children who were nearby.
Our family and community have been through so much due to the horrific actions of the defendant. Do not allow him to further victimize us by lessening his sentence. He deserves to serve NO LESS than another 44 years in prison.
