Remove unnecessary age restrictions.

There are some age restrictions that are pointless and are not enforced, including video games and movies. Voting is one that I feel very strongly about as I feel that, if 16 year olds were able to vote in the EU Referendum, the younger ages would have changed the outcome. Also, the older generations voted in favour of brexit which will not affect them as much as the younger population of the country as it has hardly started yet and  the integration will be gradual. Safe seats in constituencies would also be less likely as there is a higher proportion of citizens that are able to vote. This would cause a higher turnout as there are much more 16-17 year olds that do feel strongly about politics and have views on parties than the stereotype of teenagers suggests.
