Restrict Dangerous Pesticide Usage on our Food

My family owns a farm in India. Day after day, farmers go out to plant the crops, cultivate the land, and sadly spray gallons of pesticides. There are studies conducted by the National Cancer Institute that show that children develop leukemia six times more often when pesticides are used around their home. This practice of using pesticides has been a crutch for our nation to lean on. This is not only a state or national problem, this is a problem that the world itself must solve. Your friends and family are at risk for being hurt by these chemicals. We need to have stricter laws on what pesticides are used in our community and where they are allowed to be used. The government needs to give tax deductions and benefits for farmers that do not use chemical pesticides and turn to other alternatives. Using these methods and giving farmers incentives will allow our states and nations to slowly change our poisonous ways and protect the environment we live in.
