Stop suncrest plat law change from paving the way for apartment complexes.

Several homeowners in suncrest have received letters from Stevens county land services admit ask application for approval for a proposed apartment complex to be built in vacant forested properties next to inland power. The person responsible must first eliminate a law that has been in effect since 1982. This late states that all lots in suncrest subdivision be one single family unit per lot. With this law removed suncrest will become just like spokane with apartments creeping into every neighborhood. This will affect property values and exacerbate the already congested traffic situation. We must write letters and sign this petition to show that we as a community prefer to stay a quiet and quaint single family home community.
