No one should be denied a request to be allowed to die at home with family. Especially in the case of medical neglect on the part of the prison system.

This man should be allowed to be with his family for the comfort and support they can offer. He has suffered enough.

It is unconscionable to deny a dying man release from prison when you have the power to do otherwise. Especially when he is dying due to CDCR medical negligence! Robert deserves the human dignity be at home with his loved ones in his final days. Family members deserve to have that irreplaceable time with him. With respect for Robert's sacrifice and leadership, and with hope for justice.

Its only fair because the California State of Corrections messed up now you have a chance to make it right and give home the time he lost with his children and let him and his grandchildren make everlasting memories

It's time for compassion. The family of Robert Fuentes deserves to be near him now. After serving 32 years in prison, he has more than served his dues to society. Compassionate release for Robert Fuentes NOW!

I'm in remission with stage 3 cancer. And I would want to be with my family if I was terminal.

No man should have to die alone.
Cancer is the devils disease and anyone on earth has a huge fight ahead of them while going through it.
I think his last dying wish should be honored. We the living shouldn't be like the cancer itself and rob this man of his final wish at life.
Respect life and live on.
