Spinach and Diverse Lettuce from John XXIII College's Catering

After starting College filled with energy, I had begun to wonder why I was gradually becoming tired and lethargic. Upon receiving my bloodwork back, I had an answer to that question: my iron levels and my iron stores were incredibly low. I have had many conversations with other people - vegetarian and non-vegetarians alike - who have also affirmed they are worried about the lack of iron in the food provided by the College. This petition is to the admin of John XXIII College to request they provide funding or negotiate with catering to provide spinach and other leafy vegetables in the self-service area.
A resident before me had attempted to rectify this problem by putting in a suggestion at the front desk. She was told she was being "difficult" and nothing has come of it. Provided that iron is an essential nutrient for normal human functioning, it is crucial that the College take action for the sake of its residents.
