What's the point?
it's a language that people know and we need to be able to understand it. There are many many people that are deaf and hard of hearing in this world and we believe , just like any other language, it's important to be able to communicate with them. Language is always linear and flat. ASL gives depth. Its' a 3 dimensional language which involves expressions and movement.

Beneficial?
It's very difficult to learn, will look good on applications, and it enriches knowledge.

We believe....
It's should be taken seriously as any other language course here at Marshall.
