INDIGO AIRLINES STAFF'S HORRIBLE BEHAVIOR

I would like to draw your attention to kind of the conduct of INDIGO AIRLINES staff ( Air Hostess & crew members) present in the flight.
I booked flight for 3 persons which included my son & daughter through Cleartrip.com for INDIGO AIRLINES flight 6E 6489, which was scheduled to depart at 23:15 HRS on 19/04/2017 from Mumbai to Delhi (BOM-DEL) vide PNR/ Booking reference P7FZ8V. We reached the airport as per schedule time with our Itinerary & Aadhaar as our ID proof. After checking our Aadhaar cards we were issued boarding passes, seat allotted to us were 12B, 12C & 12D. After boarding the plane an air hostess (name: Nidhi) passing by asked us the age of my daughter. We confirmed her that she is aged 12+. She told us that she cannot sit in 12th row, as it is emergency exit. We requested her to allot us alternate three seats together. But she refused & offered one seat to my daughter far away from our seat. Despite our lot of request she expressed her inability in providing us any two or three seats together. We were not willing to let my daughter sit alone with some other passenger.
This may please be noted that we have not choose these seats, but were allotted by INDIGO check in counter based on Aadhaar submitted to them as identity proof. Aadhaar has age proof on it.
ow air hostess called two crew members namely: HARI & AKSHAY. They were extremely rude on us & wanted us to move out from these three seats & advised us to sit on three separate seats. This proposal was again politely declined by us. We were still requesting them for providing us three seats together anywhere in the flight. When they were unable to provide us some solution, they warned us to de-board the flight. I strongly refused for the same, because I have paid for the tickets & I was not enjoying any complimentary travel. Ultimately Mr. Hari asked us to show him the boarding passes. When I took out the boarding passes he tried to snatch them from me. As soon as I judged his intentions, I requested him not to touch them & to see them in my hands only. He found that there was no cabin baggage being carried by us, so he told us to de-board the flight else you will be thrown out of the flight. I kept on requesting them that I cannot afford to leave my minor daughter sit alone with someone unknown. They told us that flight will not take off unless we move out.
Now Mr. Hari & Mr. Akshay came again & threatened us that they will ensure to throw us out of the flight if we don't follow their advice & de-board. I & my daughter were scared of them, therefore making humble requests to them to let us fly together but they were not willing to do so.
In the meantime passengers occupying 11th row offered to exchange seats and INDIGO's rude staff agreed to it.
Also in the end I would like to demand compensation and an official apology from Indigo crew members regarding the incident.
