Bring Made In America Festival to Detroit

In light of Philadelphia Mayor, Jim Kenney's recent public statements describing his disdain for Made In America's current location on Benjamin Franklin Parkway in Philly and his decision to move it without notice, I petition that Jay Z & Roc Nation  move the festival to Detroit, Michigan. I believe that this move would be quite appropriate and timely and would also fall in line with the ideals that the festival represents while bringing a major shift to the city.

"Made In America" is a statement that correlates with the core fundamentals of the city of Detroit, Michigan and it's people. Detroit is the comeback city! Once the entertainment center of the world then turned Automotive capital of the country, Detroit has seen its fair share of ups and downs but has always shown true strength in the face of adversity. We proudly wave the flag as the epicenter for the American working man and we are never afraid get our hands dirty to re-build. As we currently undergo major redevelopment in the heart of the city, the addition of the Made In America festival would fall right in line. All of our major sports teams have been brought back to Downtown Detroit, the addition of the Q-line has advanced local transportation and residential development is at an all time high.

Please support this fight to bring Made In America to the heart of America by signing & sharing this petition. This would be a fairytale story come true.
