Jose was a victim of extortion and forced to commit drug trafficking crimes. He and his family were kidnapped in they're own home. He was left beaten. The police ransacked the home and took him. Not only are his kids having to deal with the trauma of watching how their father was beaten infront of them. They are having to deal with the thought of having their father sentenced and deported. Leaving them to be raised in this country alone by their aunt and grandmother. Jose is a loving father of 6. Always working extremely hard to provide for his kids. He has helped start a business, showing that he is doing his part to contribute to his community. The police want to charge him and get it over with, without investigating thoroughly.
