Javien Jackson was suspended based on the decision of Administrative and Faculity. We are well aware of the reason for the suspension  but no-where in the handbook does it mention to take away an individual sports for the rest of the school year.

Javien was not only provoked at a recent sports event but attack by several young men which was unjustified. We are seeking for signatures for this petition and reinstatement of his sports. Anyone who knows Javien Jackson and can vouch for his character also knows he's a respectable, humble, caresmatic, and loving young man. We don't feel he should be strip of any school curriculum activities as well as participating.

Javien the type of young man we are don't have to worry about because he uses his time participating in activities to not hang in the streets. Javien is a member of BU Tabbacco Program which is a leader program to encourage our youth not to use tabbacco products and participate in church activities to also encouraging youth in the community. Having these positive outlet for Javien to participate is more than sports to him but a peace of mind not to be another statics or lable as a menace to society.
