No More Mandatory Masks Anywhere In The U.S.
Why this petition matters
Everyone seems to have a different opinion on masks. Some argue that those who don't wear them are intentionally killing people, while those who refuse may have pre-existing conditions or convictions that prevent them from being able to wear a mask.
Whoever signs this petition is asking that wearing or not wearing a mask anywhere in the U.S. will no longer be mandatory or punishable, and that each individual's decision will once again be regarded as a personal choice and constitutional right. We want masks to no longer be "mandatory" in any U.S. state, county, business, or airport, and we want each state to allow all business owners/companies to create their own policies regarding all future health measures combating COVID-19, without being policed by their state governor.
There simply is not significant data supporting the effectiveness of masks against the spread of the Coronavirus. Everyone should be able to choose whether or not they breathe in alarming rates of carbon dioxide, and no one at the state, national, or local level should be able to mandate the use of a placebo.
Neurosurgeon Dr. Russell Baylock and surgeon Dr. Graham ran extensive tests on and recalled their experiences with the effectiveness of masks, concluding that symptoms "...can vary from headaches to increased airway resistance, carbon dioxide accumulation, to hypoxia, all the way to serious life-threatening complications."
They also stated that COVID-19 particles size (on average) 0.125 microns, while the N 95 mask (which is supposedly significantly more effective than surgical or cloth masks) only blocks particles down to 0.3 microns.
Even Dr. Anthony Fauci, American immunologist and head of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is quoted and recorded as saying,
“There’s no reason to be walking around with a mask. When you’re in the middle of an outbreak, walking around with a mask might make people ‘feel better,’ and it might even block a droplet, but it’s not providing the perfect protection that people think that it is. And often, there are unintended consequences: people keep fiddling with the mask and they keep touching their face.”

We the people should be able to decide for ourselves what is best for our individual health. Masks create the perfect breeding ground for bacteria that we wouldn't otherwise be constantly exposed to. They pose a greater long-term threat to our health than the Coronavirus, and this petition was written out of a place of care and concern.
Whoever signs is demanding that masks no longer be made "mandatory" by state governors in any U.S. state, county, business, or airport, and that each state allow all companies and business owners to create their own policies regarding all future health measures combating COVID-19.
Wearing masks is a personal choice.
