Last night I was spiked for the first time ever in my life. It happened at Pryzm nightclub in Plymouth, UK. I was heavily sedated by recreational drug use when I left my drink on a table. I was not able to walk myself home and shorty after blacked out for 2 hours. Luckily, I was brought home where I was able to make a steady recovery. However, this is a growing problem.

Many people have been spiked in the last couple of weeks starting the new academic year and nightclubs have never been more busy. Sign this petition to implement heavier security and drug checks at the entrance and strong surveillance throughout the night. This will hopefully lessen the amount of spiking cases in nightclubs across Plymouth. People are suffering too much for leaving drinks when they should be free to enjoy their night with no stress of being illegally drugged and potentially abused on a night out. This ends now.

I, personally will not stand for this and strongly urge you to sign this petition. This will not only lessen the amount of cases of spiking, but above all it will save innocent lives.

Hopefully this petition will help nightclubs in Plymouth realise the dramatic and extreme effect spiking has on people and will help implement a zero tolerance for it. It starts here.
