Removing  would be a bonus for the team. does not support the team members as she should. doesn’t push the boys to their full potential and she makes them feel inadequate. The team feels that she is only there for her own selfish reasons and not there for them to have a chance at a real competition. Removing will open up an opportunity for someone who has real love for the game at the varsity level to move in and motivate the team and show them what soccer is all about. The team likes the coach but she is not a coach and she refuses to build our team and isn’t considerate of the talent that she has to work with. The team has had many losing seasons and there needs to be a change. It is quite unacceptable to let these boys not have a winning chance. We just want the boys to enjoy their seasons and not continuously be down after repeated losses.
