Well the reason for this petition is to try to bring Buyk back into business so that people can go back to work because with everything going on, why fire so many people? Everything going on in Russia has nothing to do with the people in Chicago or New York and like the article said, majority of the workers are single dads trying to take care of their family and themselves like the rest of us. And having this job for us was like a second home, and it was like working with family, like the work dynamic was great, wearing pink was fashionable and we got paid to be healthy while learning how to get around in our city. So why stop it? Hopefully if I get enough people to sign it, Mr. James Walker.. you can see how much this job meant to us, and hopefully respect us enough to give us our jobs back. There’s people that built these stores up from the ground up and it’s just wrong that you can’t see how much of an impact this will have on people trying to just earn an honest living the right way in this cold city.
