The New Jersey State Parole Board has been ordered by the New Jersey Supreme Court to give Sundiata Acolia aka Clark Squire, one of the convicted murderers of New Jersey State Trooper Werner Foerster, on May 2nd, 1973, a full board hearing to consider paroling him.  ( Acoli was also convicted of the attempted murder of Trooper James Harper, during the same shoot-out.  Acoli also shot NJ Corrections Officer Robert Simmons in 1976 in an attempted escape from prison.  Simmons later died from complications to the wounds.)  Sundiata Acoli is an avowed revolutionary, Black Liberation Army and Black Panther party member who was also charged in the Panther 21 investigation, for planning and attempting to use dynamite to blow up 2 New York City Police Departments Precincts station houses in 1969.  Acoli has never renounced his revolutionary past, nor displayed remorse for the murders of two Law Enforcement officers, and the attempted more of many others.  Acoli should never be released on parole due to these heinous crimes.
