I implore the NJ Parole Board to keep "Acoli", one of 2 people convicted in the murder of Trooper Werner Foerster in prison for life. In a Country and State where victims have virtually "ZERO" Rights and criminals are afforded more rights than they deserve. What is the value of a victim's life in terms of a corresponding prison sentence when the victim will never breathe again??? Mr. Parole Board Chairman, make a statement that victims are of more value than criminals and keep Acoli in prison for "LIFE"
