Provision of requested disposition of funds received in the case of Isabel Goodlow in which was he was retained to free restricted inheritance funds after claiming to have expertise and experience in the field and promising a 4 day resolution. Instead he has evidenced little or no knowledge of the specialty, or the costs of same He has provided multiple document requesting money to attain the goal, only to be followed by additional requests as he stated  he was unaware and /or shocked of  the necessity to pay certain taxes, and obtain necessary  affidavits from a court. After multiple requests for documentation of the amounts paid to  and recipients of the tax dollars, and to identify what court he was dealing with to obtain the necessary affidavit's, he has totally  refused to provide the information despite many promises to do so. Always indicating that the dollars requested were the last necessary to complete the project, he provided  a multitude of lies and misstatements for the additional funding. His total lack of knowledge was exemplified when he attempted to free part of the funds, only to learn that that was not possible. He learned of the necessity for an affidavit without expressing why he had  no idea of the necessity and cost to obtain, which he turned out to be material requiring multiple payment requests, while  feigning disbelief  of the costs of the total project and misstating the time it would take to obtain .As of the 24th of November , he was provided with over $9,000 to obtain the affidavit having advised that he had obtained it and would settle the case on November 30,  only to subsequently request more funds because the affidavit was not certified, another requirement he knew nothing about costing approximately $5,000. I am now of the opinion that besides being ignorant of the process he bragged to have expertise, I suspect  he has not disbursed the dollars for the purposes provide, he is a liar and guilty of malpractice.

I am writing this as I have an agreement with Goodlow to be compensated  for my services in dealing with Rodgers and providing loans to her  to be paid from the estate release.
