I've lived in and loved Sandwell Valley all my life. I've grown up going to Mini Beasts/Junior Rangers club, playing crazy/mini golf, visiting the farm and doing my bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award with Duke & King (the shire horses at the time) for my specialty of horse handling. I have 2 year old twins and wanted them to experience the animals and the ambience of the farm. It was a working farm. I was saddened and mortified to learn that all the animals have been moved to Forge Mill farm, miles away but not only that but they won't be coming back. So many people are to the farm and ask where the animals are and aren't happy they've gone. Lots of people turn up at the farm after booking online to see the animals only to be told they're miles away at Forge Mill and you have to get back in your car and repay to park again. Sandwell Valley have to boating lake and park and more visitors come to Sandwell for the animals than forge mill farm
