James Manning and the WCID 1G board: Demand that James Manning & WCID 1G board provide Dies Ranch Storage access to water to avoid a water tank on the development.

Unfortunately, CPNAN has confirmed that the developer was forced to order the water tank. James Manning, TC resident and WCID 1G representative, has failed to reach a timely agreement with the developer to provide water despite adequate time and commitment to do so. Barring immediate, last minute changes to the current situation, a 32 ft tall, 39 ft diameter steel water tank will be installed in the NE corner of the development on what is also one of the highest points of elevation on the property. Elimination of the water tank would provide a several hundred thousand dollar savings cost which the developer has committed to increased landscaping to help minimize visual impact. Words cannot express the frustration and disappointment that this current outcome presents given all of the significant and collaborative efforts expended by CPNAN , Twin Creeks and Bella Vista HOA boards who organizations are volunteer driven with focus on serving the needs of the community and its residents. In signing this petition, residents demand immediate action by James Manning and the WCID 1G board in the best interest of the community and residents affected by this development.
