Jessica Diaz tragically passed away on June 18th 2011.
She was an amazing girl with a future ahead of her as bright as her smile. Jessica was and always will be part of our graduating class. She would do the same for anyone else, it's time we help her walk the stage, even if she's watching over us from heaven.
I'm sure JLHS will make a speech at the graduation ceromony on behalf of Jessica, but I believe she deserves more than that.
Here are our demands.
- A giant enlarged photo of Jessica to be placed on the graduation stage, so all can see.
- A tribute page on the graduation phamplets with her photo.
- Finally, an award accepted by one or more of the Diaz's family on behalf of Jessica.
- Pink ribbons for everyone to wear on their gowns to represent Jessica.
This is all we ask for, yet, it's hard to actually get through and talk to people to get them on your side. This petition will be emailed to the admin for their consideration.
