Convince Knicks owner James Dolan to do a proper rebuild of the New York Knicks.

With Phil Jackson vacating his position as president of the New York Knicks, the organization is at a potential crossroads. I want to encourage James Dolan to commit to a full rebuild. I want to encourage Mr. Dolan to commit to giving our young players significant roles and resist any veteran signings that would impair their development. Instead of spending money on signing vets, I want to spend that money on acquiring draft picks or signing young players with potential. We need to keep all of our picks and hopefully be in position to get top 3 picks for at least a year or two (or until our young players are ready to win enough games to make that impossible). Any veterans we do sign should be for mentoring and leadership purposes. Furthermore we need to place an emphasis on character with all new people we bring into this organization (front office, coaching staff as well as players). No more drama! This is what Knicks fans want. We are ok sacrificing today if it means having a true contender tomorrow. Thank you.
