Katherine E started this petition to James Bevan and

The freedom to roam, or "everyman's right", is the general public's right to access certain public or privately owned land, lakes, and rivers for recreation and exercise. The right is sometimes called the right of public access to the wilderness or the "right to roam". This right is already in place in Scotland, many Nordic countries, Austria and Switzerland to name a few. The right to roam as it stands in England today is not the same as freedom to roam as set out in the 2005 Land Reform Act in Scotland.

Sigh this petition to bring in a Land Reform Act in England to give everyone rights of access over land and inland water throughout England, subject to specific exclusions set out in the Act and as long as they behave responsibly.
