JFC management has completely changed the membership structure without any member consultation. Please sign this petition to reject their unfair decision.

Dear Members,
Following Subs will be applicable with effect from 1 Mar 2020.

* Monthly Subs - Rs. 2500/-
* Gym - Rs. 600/- per head, per month
* Squash - Rs. 600/- per head, per month
* Swimming Pool:
Winter - Rs. 1200/- per head, per month
Summer - Rs. 600/- per head, per month
* Senior Citizen Members above 65 years of age will be given 50% rebate on monthly Subs & Sports facilities.

The above implies that for a family of 4 , Gym & swimming pool facility that was 2000 PM , now for a family of 4 , using gym & swimming pool would pay 9700 PM in winters & 7300 PM in summers ( 5 times increase )

let us compare it with other clubs :-
@. Creek club Karachi :-
*Member ship fee for Army ppl
1.25 K+.75 K (refundable security deposit) . For civilians 1.8M+2 K . Monthly subscription for Army 3080 PM & civilians 5300 PM .
* in creek club ,All facilities including gym , swimming , squash , tennis , library , Table tennis , card room , billiard etcetera ( can’t write all top of the line other facilities here that Jacaranda can’t match ) .
* There is no restriction on number of heads on one membership , wife & all dependant children up to the permitted age are allowed within subscription fee .
@. Defence club J sector Lahore :-
*Membership for Army 7 K , for civilians 1 M . Monthly subscription
for Army 1000 PM , for civilians 2000 PM .
*They have kept low monthly subscription but applied various rates for various facilities.
* Rates for members opting full month , half month , a day visit are also given discounts accordingly .
* under 12 are given 50 % discount on any facility they opt .
* 75 years & above is free of all subscription .
4.My comments :-
@. One club ( Creek) has kept monthly subscription high & facilities free . Lahore club has kept monthly subscription as low as 1000 , thus kept the fee on various facilities . In case of Jacaranda, the monthly fee is also high & have also applied fee on facilities.
@. There is no concession for under 12 in our case .
@. Senior citizen age in Pakistan by law is 60 , where a DHA has fixed it at 65 .
@. Comparison of rates with other clubs which are far ahead in providing facilities clearly speaks of irrational increase in fee by DHA management.
