Dear supporters,

We are 500 now! Among those who have signed are: Gurcharan Das, Wendy Doniger, Shobhaa De, DW Gibson, Sonam Kapoor, Rosanna Arquette, Dayanita Singh, Lisa Ray, Jeet Thayil, Urvashi Butalia, Akshaya Mukul, Salil Tripathi, Sonia Faleiro, Meena Kandasamy, Ashok Banker, Vivek Shanbag, Shehla Rashid, Ranjit Hoskote, Shama Zaidi, Karuna Nundy, Nilanjana Roy, Chandrahas Choudhury, Nalini Malani, Deborah Baker, Raju Narisetti, K Satchidanandan and many other leading thinkers, writers, actors, journalists and artists.

We need your continued support before we write to JLF tomorrow, please keep sharing on social media and elsewhere. Again, our asks are: a statement declaring zero tolerance of harassment, assurance that those who have been credibly named will not attend this year, and a forum for redressal within the space of the festival.

Here is a list of signatures current till last night (Change requires more time to generate one for today):
