Jacob is being threatened to be sent off to boarding school due to an incident where he left home over Christmas break. He left due to mental health issues and his parents don’t understand it. Jacob’s parents have made the assumption that he did this to rebel against their wishes. Jacob is a 10th grade student at Lake Travis High School who has lots of friends that he loves and treats like family. He appreciates his friends and his teachers and loves school.
