I am petitioning to prevent the Reci Family being forced to move to London by the home office, while awaiting their asylum decision under section 95.

The Reci family have lived in Keynsham for nearly 3 years. There 3 children have attended St Keyna primary school. The oldest child suffers from visual impairment and requires special educational needs which are meet at St. KEYNA PRIMARY.  Moving this family will cause him to suffer from his difficulties as he will not be able to get the assistance he needs and this will greatly effect his education.

They have family that live within the keynsham area and friends who are able to support them. The family have very little money and have at this moment have no legal assistance/representation.

They are a kind and generous family and in the time they have been living here built up relationships within the community.  The parents english is very basic meaning that their 9 year old has had to translate all letters send by home office and even though his english is greatly better then the parent he does not understand all the words.

Please help them by requesting keynsham to be marked as a dispersal area for this case.
