No low flying here over coastal land

SFO and OAK take-off flights have been making short turn and fly south bound over pristine coastal towns of Pacifica, Montara, Moss Beach, El Granada, and Half Moon Bay.
While climbing just around the altitude of 10,000 ft, the low and loud jet booms disrupt not only the quietness and serenity that residents once enjoy, but the crumbling noise also deteriorates the wildlife habitat within state marine reserves, parks, and federal reserve lands.
This flying over occurs from 6am until midnight, 7 days a week, out of SFO and OAK. And there are also frequent flying over after midnight and early morning that airlines simply break the curfew, disregarding the communities below, as directed by FAA.
FAA should consider the best route that mitigates noise while still serve the efficiency of the flying system. Currently, the most feasible solution is to fly southwest bound over ocean while climbing to a reasobable altitude such as 20,000 ft before turning south bound and flying over land.
The propose solution does not induce delay to the flights while abates noise, if not all, satisfies every party involved.
