Build a new USO at SLC International Airport

Salt Lake City International Airport is the 25th busiest airport in the United States. As a hub for Delta Air Lines it is a large transfer and layover area for passengers. Among these passengers are veterans, service members who have written a blank check to the United States of America to an amount up to and including their lives. The old terminal of SLC International is full and has no room for a USO but we are building a brand new terminal. The USO mission is to provide morale, welfare and recreation-type services to uniformed military personnel. The original intent of Congress for the USO was to represent the American people by extending a "Touch of Home" to their military members. I believe that having a USO station at the new terminal can help them accomplish their mission, as well as show Salt Lake City's support for our veterans.
