Hi I am Kaden Rains and I’m 13 years. I’m starting a petition to ban smoking at parks in Seguin Texas. Would you consider prohibiting smoking within the proximity of the playground areas and have designated areas for smokers, with appropriate signage for both. Kids should not have to breathe second hand smoke when playing outdoor sports or visiting their favourite playground. Second hand cigarette smoke has been proven to cause cancer and lung disease.
