Twitter should release #ModifyTweet feature ASAP

Dear Jack Dorsey (Twitter co-founder & CEO), Aliza Rosen (Twitter Product Manager) and Ikuhiro Ihara (Twitter Senior Software Engineer) we, the global Community of Twitter users, are grateful for the recent release of #280characters option.
As you might have noticed, the most awaited capability in Twitter is still to be able to modify a tweet #modifytweet.

We remind you, Jack, that on 29th Dec 2016 you asked "...what's the most important thing you want to see Twitter improve or create in 2017? #Twitter2017".
Users suggested "Tweet editing" and you replied "We're thinking about it" and later on you asked " it more important to edit for spelling/corrections? 5 minute window to edit mistakes or do you need to be able to edit anytime?"

We're probably aware of just a portion of the technical issues that this might involve, but we still urge you to give your Community what YOU suggested: "to edit a tweet for spelling/corrections within a 5 minute window" (quote).
You got the point!
The main reason is to be finally able to correct typos or add few missing words or tags and not to change old tweets, with the risk of altering the historical reference of a conversation.

Needless to say, this would dramatically enhance note the global quality of Twitter content and avoid misunderstanding, troubles or huge flames like the "cofefe incident", just to mention a very famous one.

Thank you Jack, Aliza and Ikuhiro for your time and consideration.

We all #LoveTwitter
