The vitamin names are so confusing. They start off an vitamin A, B, C, D, E, and then it jumps right to vitamin K. Not only are the names confusing but the letters  have no actual connection to what each vitamin is for. This can make it hard and very confusing to keep track of which vitamins are best for you and which are not. When you look on the back of a bag of chips to look at the nutrition facts and see the words “Vitamin A 0%” or “Vitamin C 10%” do you know what that means? Most likely not. If the vitamin names were changed to more simplistic names it would be much easier to define what each vitamin’s purpose is and which ones to take.
