Government should allow expired visa holders to also join in the step 3 phase that is from april 2022 so that they can reunite with their family specially the  international students , work visa holders and visitors who were given  visas to reunite in nz.

by signing this petition we will try to convince the labour  government to allow  the off shores  visa holders.
