Jabong.com be more transparent in resolving customer complaints

I ordered 18 products from Jabong.com on 1st Oct 2017, order no.ORDER ID 171001541008067 I got a message that 11 items were being shipped together. A package was delivered to my office address (as chosen by me) on 6th Oct 2017, Friday stating 11 items were delivered.
I took the package from office on 9th Oct evening....the package was intact. And when I opened it I found one item missing. I raised a complaint via email on 10th Oct 2017. Kept getting standard "copy-paste" responses on every reminder to Jabong. And finally someone called me on 29th Oct 2017, 18 days after I had made the complaint to say that he personally saw a video which shows that the product was packed and hence he is closing the case. Was not interested in listening to me.
I escalated to whichever emails I had, but got the same response.
I asked to see a copy of the video, because I am sure I did not have the product. But this was denied. I also know why there could have been a confusion. There were two red biba sets I ordered. One had 2 Kurta.. .layered Kurta set. The other was a set of kurta Churidhar and dupatta. Both sets were red and totals to 5 items. I got the red layered Kurta. Which means 2 red Kurta which make a set. However the other set of red Kurta with Churidhar and dupatta WAS NOT in the packet.
However, Jabong.com continues to insult me by implying I am lying and they are right.
Please help me get Jabong.com to share the video with me else refund the amount.
