We Malaysian really appreciate courier services for still doing business during this hardship time. Because of them we can stay at home to help fight the COVID-19 pandemic. We understand that they are overwhelmed by the spike of online shopping, We know  J&T Express Malaysia do not have enough Manpower to handle it and we don't blame them for that, thus they should stop taking new order and deliver all the back log item first. This will benefit all  the customer , the seller and also their worker. Customer can receive their order, seller can get paid ( most e-commerce platform withhold payment until item is delivered), and their worker which I believed is being overworked can breathe.
